About Us
A Theatre Journey
- Organizational Theatre is one of pioneers in theatre based interventions for organizations across the globe started in the year 2003. We are a 22 year old Theatre company based out of Bangalore, India.
- Theatre 4 Education is our theatre wing for children and teachers in various educational sectors.
- Our single minded focus to use the power of theatre to transform children.
- All our workshops and interventions are tailor made for every single organization that we come in contact with. At the core of our work, we use all the tools of theatre for Human and Organizational Transformation.
- We use high end theatre tools to identify the needs and build out specific theatre solutions for that particular institution.
- Our Team of Facilitators, Actors, Directors not only work with children to give necessary tools and techniques for a stronger person through theatre but we also direct plays with children to help them put into action, all that they have learnt through the theatre workshops
- We also collaborate with International Human Rights Organizations to create theatre productions in public spaces for other children and adult audiences as well.

Children who involve themselves in regular drama classes are less likely to have difficulty speaking in public. They would be more persuasive in their communications in both written and oral forms of communication. They would also be able to empathize and relate to others, and will have a more confident & positive self image of themselves. Improvizational skills through Theatre helps build intelligence's such as spatial, lingustic, bodily kinesthetic, musical, interpersonal, intrapersonal, naturalistic, and existential.

- Ranji is a trained Actor, Director and Theatre Trainer.
He is a theatre practitioner for the last 22 years in India and outside India.

Conducted workshops in the UK, Switzerland, Netherland, France, Germany, Italy, Finland, and Singapore. He has most recently launched “The Nothingness Workshop” which combines the principles of Zen, Tao, and Theatre in Italy and Finland.

He has won the Global Leader for Diversity and Inclusion from the World HRD Congress in 2017, for his work in 16 countries.

She hold an MA in English, B.Ed in English and Social Sciences with Masters in Neurolinguistic Programming, Gestalt Therapy , Transactional Analysis 101 and Hypnotherapist. Our Team - Luvena Rangel - Head Facilitation
Luvena Rangel is Bangalore based body positive Yoga Teacher Trainer. She holds a degree in Holistic Health Practice from American College of Healthcare Science and has over 8 programs in Human Anatomy under her belt. She is one of Bangalore’s leading Yoga Anatomy, Ayurveda & Meditation Teacher Trainers & is also a certified Coach & Counsellor. She is a ThetaHealing Instructor and Therapeutic Hypnotist with additional qualifications in Massage Therapy and uses Psychosomatic understanding to inform her work. Luvena comes with over 23 years of experience in the corporate workspace. As a cycle-breaking parent of 3, she has a unique approach and connection with children and youth, inspiring and motivating them to safely explore life to the fullest by being grounded in their personal values towards global citizenship. A powerful communicator & storyteller, she is often invited to panel discussions & interventional conversations at schools, Universities, educational institutions, and parenting platforms.

Our Team - Jyotsna B Rao - Regional Head, Karnataka
She hold an M Sc Psychology from Bangalore University, 2005.fore front of research in dance and her major projects are Nagarika DVD on Kalaripayattu, Kali-Kalisu by IFA, AartiQlate-India's first graphic narrative on performing arts. Worked closely with education institutions to train in Drama.
She is one of the finest contemporary dancers in India who has performed extensively across Germany, Sweden, UK, South Korea, Muscat, Australia, China and India in more than 50 international festivals.
